Brian C. Brown joined Avanzino & Moreno as a trial attorney in 2021.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brown was an award-winning trial attorney for the New York City Law Department where he routinely handled high-stakes civil rights and catastrophic injury matters. During his tenure with the Law Department, Mr. Brown skillfully represented a myriad of City agencies, including, the Department of Education, The New York City Police & Fire Departments, the New York City Housing Authority, and the NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation.

A zealous advocate deeply committed to his clients’ best interests, Mr. Brown takes a proactive, results-oriented approach to litigation aimed at always achieving the best possible outcomes. Competitive by nature, Mr. Brown personally invests in each of his cases and works tirelessly to ensure that no detail goes unnoticed.

Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Ithaca College in 2013 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School in 2016. While at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Brown interned for the Honorable George B. Daniels, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and was a decorated member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Outside of law, Mr. Brown is an avid sports fan who is always game to talk Yankees, Knicks/Nets or Titans. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations with his wife Sierra.
