Rylan Brook


Rylan Brook is an attorney at Avanzino & Moreno, P.C., where he represents accident victims. Following his father’s fatal motorcycle accident, Rylan felt impassioned to seek justice for those injured by others’ negligence.

The scope of Rylan’s practice touches personal injury causes of action, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trip and falls, slip and falls, construction site accidents, premises liability, and municipal liability.

Rylan joined Avanzino & Moreno after his second year of law school as a legal intern. Prior to joining Avanzino & Moreno, Rylan interned at the Queens Civil Court for the Honorable Donna-Marie Golia. In law school, Rylan was a research assistant and co-contributor to Sneaker Law: All You Need to Know About the Sneaker Business by Kenneth Anand and Jared Goldstein.

Rylan is a lifetime New York City resident who loves biking to work, woodworking, plants, and fashion.
